The new pad site added to this center offered visibility from the main highway, a pedestrian-friendly sidewalk experience and endcap space with a drive-thru, all while incorporating the distinctive architectural elements of the Colorado locale.
Publix Opens in a Revitalized Center
Westpark Shopping Center, Glen Allen, VA
Ground-up construction of a new prototype Publix store was the impetus for upgrading this 30-year old neighborhood shopping center. Design updates, enhanced landscaping, energy-efficient lighting, and a cheery play area has increased the shopping appeal of the center in this upscale retail market north of Richmond.

When a retail bank building on a prime pad location became available at InvenTrust’s Kroger-anchored center in the Houston MSA, the InvenTrust team recognized the opportunity to supplant it with a more strategic use. The replacement, multi-tenant building features retail and restaurant uses new to the property, at rents that exceed below market rates for the former tenant.
