Tenants
In the Tenant Resources section of the Website, tenants are provided with online resources and information specific to shopping center businesses; are able to submit updated Certificates of Insurance; and can access tenant billing information, open disputes and inquiries, and pay tenant invoices through the Tenant Portal system which is administered by one of our third party service providers. The information collected in connection with the foregoing services may contain your PII and is used for the purpose of providing services to you and/or any permissible use by IVT, in accordance with your Lease and applicable law. PII collected in connection with tenant rent payments, including bank account and/or credit card information, is governed by the privacy policy and any applicable terms of use in effect by the respective third party service provider.
Investors
Visitors to the Website are able to request email notifications and other information. In order to make this request, visitors are required to provide PII, including but not limited to, name, telephone, email address and mailing address. The Investor portion of our Website is currently managed by one of our third party service providers. Information collected in this portion of the Website is used to comply with any information requested and is governed by the privacy policy and any applicable terms of use in effect by the respective third party service provider.
Accessing and Updating Your Information
Rights and Choices/Opt-Out
You may have the right to access and review your PII collected on the Website by IVT, and if the information is inaccurate, request that the information be corrected or updated. In some instances, you may also request that certain PII be deleted provided, that, such requests are not prohibited by applicable law. IVT will make reasonable efforts to comply with such opt-out or deletion requests and reserves the right to verify the requestor’s identity before any such requests are processed. You understand that any such opt-out or deletion requests may affect IVT’s ability to provide you with certain services and/or information you have specifically requested.

Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)

We aim to process all verified requests within forty-five (45) days pursuant to the CCPA. Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control
