Thomas P. McGuinness’ career in the commercial real estate industry spans 35 years and includes leadership positions with notable industry associations. He was appointed as a director of InvenTrust Properties in February 2015, Chief Executive Officer in November 2014 and has served as President since the Company initiated its self-management transactions in March 2014. Prior to the self-management transactions, Tom had been President and Principal Executive Officer of the Company since September 2012 and President of the former business manager since January 2012. Before that, he had been President of the Company’s former property manager.
Tom is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and holds CLS and CSM accreditations from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He previously served as the president of the Chicagoland Apartment Association and as the Regional Vice President of the National Apartment Association. Tom also served on the board of directors of the Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association, and was a trustee with the Service Employees’ Local No. 1 Health and Welfare Fund and its Pension Fund. He is an Executive Committee member of InvenTrust’s retail joint venture entity IAGM Retail Fund I, L.L.C.

Ivy Z. Greaner’s career as a real estate executive and investment leader spans more than 30 years, including broad experience in the retail, commercial and multifamily industries. Ivy joined InvenTrust Properties Corp. in July 2018 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She had been Regional Vice President of FivePoint (previously Lennar Urban) from 2016 to 2018. Prior to Lennar’s combination with Rialto in 2016, she served as Executive Vice President and COO of Lennar Commercial for two years. From 1999 to 2014, Ivy was Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Ram Realty Services, where she oversaw company operations, ground up development and all aspects of commercial and residential assets. Previously, Ivy served as Principal and Owner of Gadinsky & Greaner, a commercial real estate service and development company. Ivy attended Boston University and holds Broker Licenses for the states of Florida and North Carolina. As an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Ivy serves on the National Economic Committee, its Infrastructure Task Force, and she served for many years as the Government Chair for ICSC’s Florida Government Relations Committee. Ivy is a member of Florida State University’s Real Estate Advisory Board, and is also a founding member of 100+ Women Who Care’s South Florida chapter, and supports Hope Outreach’s philanthropic mission.
Daniel J. (“DJ”) Busch joined
InvenTrust Properties Corp. in 2019. Mr. Busch most recently served as Managing
Director, Retail at Green Street Advisors, a leading commercial real estate and
REIT research firm, providing independent research on the shopping center,
regional mall, and net lease sectors. Prior to serving as Managing Director,
Mr. Busch served in increasingly senior roles at Green Street covering the Mall
Sector, conducting analysis and research, building financial models and
providing analysis of financial statements for U.S. REITs. Previously, Mr.
Busch served as an equity research analyst at Telsey Advisory Group and worked
in a corporate capacity at Petco Animal Supplies Inc. He is a member of the
Urban Land Institute, contributing as an active member on the Commercial and
Retail Development Council.

Christy David has served as InvenTrust’s General Counsel since 2017. She joined InvenTrust in 2014 as Managing Counsel – Transactions and held that position until November 2016 when she was named Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to that, Christy served at the Inland Group Inc., managing, reviewing and drafting legal documents and matters for InvenTrust’s acquisitions, dispositions, corporate contracts and spin-offs. Prior to joining the Inland Group, Christy was an Associate Attorney at The Thollander Law Firm and held various positions at David & Associates. Christy serves on the Ravinia Associates Board and Nominating Committee. She received a Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University.

Adam M. Jaworski has more than 20 years of real estate experience in financial and accounting leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Adam is Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer for InvenTrust Properties Corp, a position which he has held since December 2016. Previously, Adam served as Chief Accounting Officer of the United States platform of Global Logistic Properties, a global owner, manager and developer of modern logistics facilities, from 2013 to November 2016. Prior to this role, Adam served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in the real estate advisory group from 2011 to 2013. He served as Corporate Controller for Waterton Associates LLC, a real estate investor and property management company, and its hotel investment and management division, Ultima Hospitality, LLC from 2007 to 2011. Adam has worked previously as an auditor in the field of public accounting for both Arthur Andersen, LLP and Deloitte and Touche, LLP.
Adam graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Organizational Development. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lauren Suva has led InvenTrust’s Human Resources team since January 2018. She joined the company in July 2017 as Senior Director, Human Resources, and was subsequently promoted to Vice President before she assumed her current position in November 2019. Previously, Lauren spent thirteen years in various Human Resources roles at Berlin Packaging, which included experience in Talent Acquisition, Employment Management, Benefits, Performance Management and HR Information Services.
Lauren received her B.S. in Human Resources and Marketing from Marquette University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
