Sustainable Practices
IVT has participated in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) survey since 2013, and has been a member of GRESB since 2018. We believe GRESB provides a framework to deploy the best-in-industry policies and practices for Sustainability, Investment Management, Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance.
