Share Repurchase Program
In connection with the Board’s decision to evaluate a liquidity alternative, we have also announced the suspension of the Share Repurchase Program (“SRP”) effective September, 2021. The online portal for the SRP has been shut down and the September 27 redemption date will not be executed. All SRP repurchase requests currently in the queue will be removed from the queue. No action from you is needed.
