Woodbridge Crossing, Wylie Texas

Woodbridge Crossing is an open air shopping center located in Wylie Texas, within fast-growing Collin County, whose recent population growth has outpaced that of its home state. The 29.5 acre site was originally developed in 2010 with room for retail expansion, and to date, InvenTrust has added a nearly 35,000 SF of leasable space to the center. New restaurants, beauty and footwear tenants have joined the center’s strong lineup to serve this growing community. Additional development space is available at Woodbridge Crossing, and retailer interest continues to be high for locations in this growth market.
