Revitalizing a Raleigh Community Center

Bent Tree Plaza – Raleigh, NC

Bent Tree Plaza is an 80,000 SF community center situated on a busy corner in a high-growth area of Raleigh, NC. InvenTrust’s recently completed renovation increased the center’s visibility with exterior improvements such as raised façade elements, new paint design, fresh landscaping and conversion of the parking lot lighting to sustainable LED fixtures, which has also reduced operating costs and conserved energy. New tenants have now joined the line-up to serve the highly desirable demographic market.
